Why does the Abu Dhabi Building Code
require Special-Inspections?
Answer: The code requires the quality of structural materials and the installation of the materials to be verified during construction. These requirements ensure that forensic analysis as performed by the special-inspection agency in the above picture will not be required.
Municipality Approval now requires a Final Report of Special-Inspections.
